1. Officer (Civil) – Shaping Campus Infrastructure:

The officer, reporting to Group A, must hold an M.E/M.Tech or B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

Implementing CPWD norms and practices in planning, designing, and execution.

Overseeing tender processes, quality control, and verification of contractor bills.

Utilizing tools like AutoCAD and STAAD, along with exposure to sustainable engineering practices.

Managing infrastructure maintenance, including buildings and utilities.

Handling and maintaining STPs, water supply networks, and fire safety systems.

2. General Duty Assistant (Internal Audit) – Navigating Financial Compliance:

The General Duty Assistant (Internal Audit), falling under Group C, plays a crucial role in ensuring financial compliance and efficient internal audit processes. Candidates, preferably with a background in commerce or finance, must hold B.Com, CA Inter, M.Com, or MBA (Finance) with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating compliance and performance audits.

Performing accounting functions, including payment processing and cash handling.

Collaborating with outsourced audit firms and internal departments.

Supporting concurrent audits and scrutiny of orders, contracts, and compliance.
