A. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Read Instructions Carefully: Before applying, candidates must carefully read the instructions available on the Commission’s website.
2. Ensure Eligibility: Candidates must ensure their eligibility in terms of category, experience, age, and essential qualifications mentioned in the advertisement. Certificates, including Essential Qualification, Matriculation certificate for age proof, Category Certificate, Bonafide certificate of H.P., and Experience Certificate (if required), should be uploaded to avoid rejection.
3. Upload Requisite Documents: Candidates should upload the necessary documents on the Online Recruitment Application (ORA) portal as per the Eligibility Criteria mentioned in the advertisement.

Essential Qualification:
(a) Must possess a degree in Civil Engineering from an institution/University duly recognized by the State Government/Central Government.
Desirable Qualification:
Knowledge of customs, manners, and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointments in peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.
C. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS:
1. The eligibility of all candidates will be determined as of the closing date for submission of Online Recruitment Applications through the ORA portal.
2. Reserved category candidates falling under vertical reservation will not be adjusted against reserved points if appointed on their merit.
3. For recruitment based on experience, candidates need the required experience after acquiring essential educational qualifications.
D. AGE:
Between 18 to 45 years. Age relaxation is applicable for certain categories.
E. HOW TO APPLY:

1. Candidates with benchmark disability requiring a scribe/reader must request it in writing with a copy of the disability certificate.

4. Ensure uploaded photograph matches the one pasted on the Identity Card.
