Qualification and Experience for Non-Unionized Supervisory Trainees:
– Graduate Trainee (Finance): Graduation in Commerce from a recognized Indian University. No prior experience required.
– Graduate Trainee (HR): Graduation in any discipline from a recognized Indian University. No prior experience required.
– Diploma Trainee (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical): A 3-year Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
– Trainee (Geologist/ Petrologist): Graduation in Geology/applied Geology with Geology/Chemistry as a major subject.
– Trainee Chemist: A 3-year Diploma in Engineering or Graduation in science with chemistry as a major subject.
Note:
– All qualifications must be acquired through regular/full-time courses from recognized universities or institutions.
– “First Class” (60% marks in aggregate) is required for UR/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS candidates, while 50% marks in aggregate is required for SC/ST candidates.
– Fractional percentages in educational qualifications are considered, and there’s no rounding off.
– Applicants with CGPA/OGPA/DGPA or Letter Grades must indicate the equivalent percentage as per university/institution norms.
Place of Posting:
Candidates may be assigned to various Units/Offices of IREL, and they should be willing to serve anywhere in India.
Application Fee:
A non-refundable application fee of ₹500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only), inclusive of GST, is required for male applicants belonging to General (UR), EWS, and OBC(NCL) categories.
