NTPC is currently searching for experienced professionals to join its team in the field of Combined Cycle Power Plant Operations and Maintenance (O&M) on a fixed-term basis. If you have the necessary qualifications and experience, this might be your chance to be part of a leading power company.
Position Available: Executive (Combined Cycle Power Plant-O&M)
– Number of Vacancies: 50 positions for a duration of 5 years
Qualifications: Candidates should hold a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.
Experience Requirement: A minimum of 02 years of post-qualification experience in Combined Cycle Power Projects/Plants with an installed capacity of 100 MW or more, in areas such as Design, Construction, or Operation & Maintenance.
Age Limit: The maximum age for applicants is 35 years, with relaxations available for candidates belonging to OBC, SC, ST, PWBD, or XSM categories as per government guidelines.
Job Details:
– Selected candidates will work in shifts, including night shifts.
– A monthly consolidated remuneration of ₹90,000 will be provided.
– Additional benefits include company accommodation or House Rent Allowance (HRA), night shift entertainment allowance, and medical facilities for the candidate, their spouse, and two children.
Application Process:
– Interested candidates should possess a valid email ID.
– General/EWS/OBC category applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹300. However, SC/ST/PWBD/XSM category and female candidates are exempt from the fee.
Payment Options:
-Payment in offline mode: State Bank of India has been authorized to collect the application fee, in a specially opened account (A/C No30987919993) at CAG branch, New Delhi (Code: 09996), on behalf of NTPC. Candidate has to approach the nearby SBI branch with a printout of the “pay-in-slip” which is available on the application portal. The pay-in-slip printed from the portal should only be used for depositing the fee for proper crediting of amount in the allocated hospitals and the decision will be final and binding.
No relaxation in account. On receipt of the money, the bank will issue a unique Journal Number and a Branch Code of the bank collecting the money. This journal number and the branch code are to be filled up by the candidate during online application, NTPC will not be responsible, in case a candidate deposits the fee in wrong account.
Payment in online mode : Candidates also have the option to pay the fees online (through Net banking/Debit Card/ Credit Card). The online payment option will be available in the online application form.
General Conditions:
– The application fee, once paid, is non-refundable.
– Candidates should verify their eligibility criteria before applying.
– Those claiming reservation under specific categories must possess a valid certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
– Any disputes related to the advertisement or application should be addressed in Delhi only.
– The English version of the advertisement takes precedence in case of ambiguity or disputes regarding interpretations.
– Health standards will be assessed, and detailed medical norms are available on the NTPC website.
