He decided to pursue his engineering education abroad and was accepted into McGill University in Montreal, Canada, where he studied Bachelor of Engineering Honours in Electrical-IT, Control, and Automation from 2002 to 2006.

As of March 2023, Lenskart has expanded significantly, boasting over 2,000 retail stores, with three-fourths of them situated in India. The company’s manufacturing facility in New Delhi produces an impressive three lakh glasses each month. Furthermore, Lenskart is in the process of building an automated factory in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, with an annual production capacity of five crore glasses, solidifying its position as a dominant player in the eyewear industry.
